Reminiscent of an upscale and inviting family room, Sky Room is specially designed for an immersive psychedelic journey. This space is both dynamic and customizable - accommodating both intimate solo sessions and comfortable gatherings of up to 12 people. A variety of engaging gadgets, tools, and art pieces have been carefully collected for a unique and interactive experience. Sky Room features a color palette of blue, mustard, and cream with bronze and brass accents, creating a visually appealing and comfortable setting.

Sky Room Rental Includes:

74” velvet couch (cushion length)

99” double chaise lounger leather couch (cushion length, converts into double bed)

Two oversized velvet armchairs with ottomans

Two foam bed pillows

Down duvets, cashmere and cotton knitted throws, fleece blankets, and organic cotton quilt

Giant natural sheepskin rug

Premium sound system

All Rentals Include:

  • Shared bathroom, including shower.

  • Kitchenette, including filtered water, mini fridge space (nothing kept overnight), water kettle, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee machine. 

  • Limited kitchenware, such as knives, cutting boards, cups, mugs, silverware, and plates.

  • Basic items, such as rags, paper towels, coffee pods, tea bags, sweeteners, creamers, and salt and pepper. 

  • Bed duvet and pillows. 

*covers can be rented or you can bring your own, but all pillows must be covered for use.

Available for an additional charge:

Duvet and pillowcase (clean, includes laundering)

Towels (for client or partitioner use of shower)

Speaker rental

Candle, incense, palo santo

Cleaning and Replacement Fee:

$25 | vacuuming and tidying

$150+ | rug or upholstery stain removal

$150+ | furniture rips, tears, or damage

150+ | damage to or theft of art or lamp

*All other cleaning and replacement fees are assessed on a case-to-case basis and charged at the going rate, cost of exact replacement, or true cost in case of one-of-a-kind items.

Expectations:

Vacate and Clean: Please ensure the room is vacated by the designated end time and left as clean and put together as it was at the beginning of your session.

Trash Removal: Take responsibility for removing any trash generated during your use of the room.

Respectful Handling: Kindly remove shoes before placing them on furniture or rugs to maintain a clean and well-kept environment.

Security Measures: Keep all outside doors locked at all times, and refrain from allowing clients into the building before or after your scheduled time.

Liability Insurance: Maintain liability insurance coverage up to $1.5 million, listing Myco-Vision on an additional insured endorsement.

Disclosure of Substances: If substances are to be used during your session, please disclose this information at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Legal Compliance: Ensure that any substances used are either fully legal, legally provided by a practitioner with a prescription, or obtained and handled solely by you, as the client.

Prohibited Activities: Refrain from the sale of substances on the property and avoid the storage of substances or cash on the premises for any period of time.

*By adhering to these expectations, you contribute to a secure, orderly, and respectful environment for all individuals utilizing the room rental.
