Our 1:1 Guided Sessions with Mary are typically held on Fridays and occasionally on Mondays to accommodate various schedules. We typically book session out between 2-5 weeks depending on client's availability and preparation needed. Preparation and integration sessions can be conducted remotely using secure video conferencing, ensuring privacy and convenience.

The journey begins with thorough preparation, where Mary will work closely with you both to ensure you are emotionally and mentally ready for the experience. Intention setting plays an integral role, allowing you to explore your individual and shared intentions for the journey ahead.

Once the ceremony commences, the medicine will be administered in a safe and ceremonial setting.You will be invited to connect with the medicine and explore the depths of your relationship, both individually and as a couple. This may involve engaging in deep conversations, rituals, or experiencing moments of connection. It may also include time together but separately in deeply inward contemplative or meditative states

Throughout the journey, you will be supported in navigating any challenges that arise with gentle guidance in a space of non-judgment. As the medicine guides you, you may uncover unresolved emotions, patterns, or wounds within your relationship. This is an opportunity for healing and growth, as you are both encouraged to face these aspects with compassion and understanding.

The integration phase plays a vital role in the Couples Work Medicine Journey.
